Cookie Policy
This website uses one optional cookie category, analytics, and nothing is set until you agree.
When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies. If you accept, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used and to improve it. If you reject, or do not answer, no analytics cookies are set and the site works exactly the same. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer of every page.
What a cookie is
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your device. Some cookies are essential for a site to work; others, like the ones described here, are used to measure how a site is used.
Cookies we use
Analytics cookies (optional, only with your consent). Set by Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited.
- _ga — distinguishes one visitor from another. Lasts up to 2 years.
- _ga_<property> — keeps the current browsing session together. Lasts up to 2 years.
These cookies tell us which pages are visited, how long people stay, roughly where visitors are located and which device and browser they use. IP addresses are anonymised. We do not use the data to identify individuals, and we do not use advertising or remarketing features.
Your consent choice. To remember whether you accepted or rejected analytics, we store a single value in your browser’s local storage. It contains only the word “granted” or “denied”, is not a tracking cookie, and is strictly necessary to honour your choice.
What we do not use
- No advertising, remarketing or social-media tracking cookies.
- Fonts and images are served from our own website, not from a third-party service.
- The enquiry form on our Contact page sends us only the details you type into it. It does not set a cookie.
- Links to other websites, such as the Arvato group site or Google Maps for directions, open pages governed by those organisations’ own cookie and privacy policies.
How Google uses the data
Google processes analytics data on our behalf. Information on how Google uses data from sites that use its services is at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites (opens in a new tab). You can also opt out of Google Analytics on all websites with Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout (opens in a new tab).
Changing or withdrawing consent
Choose Cookie settings in the footer to see the banner again and change your answer. Withdrawing consent stops new analytics cookies being set; you can delete existing cookies through your browser settings.
